Escape from even very severe anxiety, stress, anger and PTSD with fast, effective, safe healing.
Are you living with anxiety, stress, anger or trauma so that you never really relax, feel safe and know that it is over? The thing is that anxiety, stress and trauma is stored in every cell in your body so your logical mind can’t fix it and TRTP special hypnosis can help you.
There is a common perception that PTSD is most common in soldiers and war survivors but in fact domestic violence and child abuse is the largest cause of PTSD today.
PTSD is a condition that can develop as a result of any event that is overwhelming to the individual concerned. Problematic childbirth, accidents, domestic violence, physical or sexual abuse, physical attack and prolonged stress and bullying are all potential triggers for the onset of PTSD.
There is a reason for PTSD and it is not your fault. When you are overwhelmed by stress or trauma the part of your brain which files your memories, was unable to cope properly so that the memory is NEVER stored – it is always current.
To recover: 2 things must happen:
- Your body has to somehow know that ‘it’s over’.
- Your unconscious mind must feel empowered so that events do not overwhelm you
The hypnosis we do using The Richards Trauma Process achieves ‘release’ from the flight, fright, freeze response so that you return to Calm. You also regain your own feelings of self value along with personal power and control. Sometimes for the first time in their lives, when dealing with childhood trauma.
Many clients who come for help with obesity and addictions have PTSD and when this is treated their habits and weight become manageable. In many cases their problem has been a protective reaction by their unconscious mind.
A common thing I find with cancer patients is also a background of extreme or prolonged stress or trauma – PTSD again. Unable to attack the person or situation causing the problem, their bodies turn on themselves instead. Autoimmune diseases have the same basic cause in many cases.
Some people have PTDS for much of their lives without being aware that their heightened state of anxiety is not completely normal. They get their life back when they are able to move forward from PTSD
Heal the stress and this lets the body heal itself.
As well as being a trained Trauma Practitioner using the Richards Trauma Process I deeply understand the problem having recovered from long standing PTSD myself.
