For those who had a break over Christmas and New Year I hope it was good and left you feeling refreshed and looking forward to 2017.
This is a strange time of the year when people build up all sorts of expectations and world wide there is a sense of anticipation and curiosity about what a new year will bring.
For many it is a time for reviewing the past year and deciding to start the New Year the way you want it to continue, to make resolutions and plans and hopefully a strategy to carry these new plans out.
If you are planning changes for this year, do you have a support structure to help you and some accountability? Starting something “tomorrow” doesn’t work because tomorrow never comes.
Your brain is a wonderful computer and like other computers, it gets some very dud software and incorrect data over the years. This dud software and harmful ideas and memories (data) are responsible for your bad habits, anxiety, depression, illness and other problems in your life.
